RETURNS
All returns must be received within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow up to thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact returns@propertattoo.com to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the delivery address (US customers only) confirmed by your support representative.
Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend you use a tracked and insured mailing service.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or an exchange.
