How the winner is chosen:

Instructions for a sweepstakes platform: step 1 states the platform conducts a random drawing to select a winner. Step 2 announces the winner on Instagram Live, website, and Telegram. Step 3 describes delivery of vehicle to winner's tattoo studio or home within 48 hours. A disclaimer at the bottom in red text says, 'We will never contact the winner asking for payment of any kind.'
